Did i cause any head trauma judging by the pic?

I suffer from depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. It was just like an episode thing. But now it's constant. I have motivation not to kill myself. But when **** gets rough, I either cut or I bang my head on floors, doors, or i even just punch myself.

I do this especially when me and my boyfriend argue. When hes acting like he gives no ****s. I feel worthless. I feel like it's me. I feel like I'm not worth it to anyone. I don't feel good enough.

Long story short, I was bullied all throughout school. I felt like they didn't take me seriously when I wanted them to stop.

Growing up with mean siblings. I too, felt like they didn't take me seriously.

My parents, my job, my ex's. I feel like it's me.

I soon plan to make a doc apt for this. Because I'm not doing anything about it at the moment and I'm just tired of it.

But if anyone has advice or can relate. Please comment. I'm trying to reach out.

-Thanks

don't do that to yourself, go and get help from your elders or adult figure you can trust, there are people who care.

It can be tough when we're young due to family issues and friends fleeing their nests and bullying.

If we overindulge in anything at all we may suffer the consequences. Many things can cause depression which creeps upon us unawares, like prolonged physical pain, mental/emotional trauma and prolonged feeling of sadness. (Depression is mental and emotional)

If we're feeling sad for too long for whatever reason, or have experienced damaging emotional trauma and don’t deal with it, we're in danger of inducing a little depression upon our selves. (Even flying high for too long can cause depression ~ living the high life, or becoming way too confounded and identified with material things.

“Materialism, attachment to things of the world, includes pride. Many religious people suffer from pride: taking pleasure or even delight in being good, or religious.”
