There was this skin tightening cream/gel that was sold in Skymall magazine during the late 90's and early 2,000's.?
If I'm not mistaken, the kit also included these thick stickers that you would put strategically on your face to supposedly tighten the skin as well used in conjunction with said cream/gel.

You may be able to buy it online from morticians suppliers. It sounds like the sort of stuff they paint on corpses when they are being prepared for an 'open casket' display.
