Yes, Indy is a good place to live. Castleton is a busy crowded area, lots of traffic. Where to move, well that depends on where you are going to be working and since you asked of Castleton I will assume you are going to work in that area. So living in Fishers, Noblesville or the Castleton area itself are all good options.

It might not be an exciting place but the people will be nice as are most midwesterners.
