I would say your friend needs to listen to the authorities and not his new friends.

It all depends where in Florida you live. Look at you local warnings & pay attention. There are going to be very high winds & lot of rain start Sunday. Better be safe than sorry.

if the news etc says to evaccuate then gtfo. don't want to end up one of the idiots who said "eh, just a storm, derrrr... I'll stay derrrrrrrrrr."
