    My mom always said it but not a pimple she called them "lie bumps" and their supposedly located on the very back of your tongue. I think it's a myth though and the bumps are called something else.

    It's not a pimple and you won't get one if you lie. A lie bump is actually a swollen, irritated taste bud.
