Most don't find it attractive; a lack of confidence (which is commonly what we're dealing with) is the world's worst cologne. Doesn't mean you have to be the life of the party, but if you can't approach and speak coherently to a woman then there's no reason for them to want to go out with you. Sad and lonely isn't attractive.
