I have a dinner guest who is allergic to a lot of things, what can I make for her?

To be honest, I'm panicking a bit. She has just sent me an email with her list.

- No wheat

- No dairy

- No gluten

- No eggs

- No yeast

Now you understand why I'm panicking right now, lol! TIA.

You could do individual pizzas, cauliflower or gluten free crust, and let everyone choose their own toppings. Careful to give her options that are really free of allergens, but include cheese and wheat crusts for other guests. Sounds so fun I might try this! Green chile pork stew w homemade tortillas and beans and cauliflower rice. Ethiopian, Korean & Japanese are three examples of cuisine that inherently incorporates alternatives to a lot of your friend's allergens. For dessert: blueberry or apple crostata w cornmeal crust? Those 3 ingredient pb cookies and soy ice cream? Peaches in prosecco? Mangoes w lime & ginger? Apples baked in spiced white wine? Lemon sorbet w raspberries & cassis? Berries w champagne ice?

I have a friend who has two allergies. When she visits, she brings her own food.

Keep to meat, vegetables and rice as obviously she can't eat anything else. If that means she only gets half what the others are getting, that's her problem.

Roast beef with veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions, celery).

Gluten free rice or a green salad.

Meat, veggies and fruit. Keep it basic. And rinse out anything canned.

Source(s): You can make a gravy separate for those of you who arent allergic.

Rather than asking us what you can make, ask Her what her favorite meal is. And cook that.

I would do a roasted ratatouille and make an oven baked polenta to serve with it. the cornmeal in the polenta would not be a problem. And it does not seem that there is a problem with vegetables.

Normally I would add cheese to the polenta along with some sauteed mushrooms and a bit of rosemary. You could do the mushrooms and rosemary. sub olive oil for any butter in the polenta.
