Yes. I tell my bf that all the time even tbough i know guys dont like the term cute. But in my eyes he is cute to me. Meaning lovely without thinking much. Its like a sudden reaction. But qualities are what makes someone more interesting. Go for charisma and character. Cute is adorable. We dont usually say ow hes handsome. We use cute everytime we like sonething.
