Why are there red stains on my underwear?
I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and she 3-4 days off her period and we had sex and then I realized that there were red spots on my briefs when undressing from a long day at work. It's a long story but we had it in my truck and I had to rush her home then rush to my home to get my work uniform then rush to work. Point is, why is there stains on my draws?

It's just a little bit of blood. Nothing to worry about. I've had that happen before, I had a quickie with my wife before work when we first married. I pulled my underwear and pants up and rushed to work. I were white briefs so upon using the restroom at work I noticed a red spotting on my underwear. She just came off her period so I knew what it was. My wife thought it was funny when I showed her. Washed my briefs with bleach and they were clean

Sometimes a woman can think her period stopped and spot a few days later, especially if she has sex. Before I get all the hate, I'm a woman and it's happened to me a few times.
OR...
She could have lied to you as other people have said.
OR...
Was it her first time having sex? You could have broken her hymen.
OR...
Was it rough sex? That could cause a woman to bleed.
