I have to say been there and done that. Eating has been my way of dealing with stress and when you're stressed you're not preparing proper meals right.
For a while now I've ditched the junk food and sugary drinks and feel much better, as well as lost some weight.
But if you have that odd cheat day, relax, and get back on track the next one.

No. I rarely eat junk food, let alone spending a whole day eating it.
