Can I sew for this?

So me and my sister got Johnny's pizza a few minutes ago and there was a legit roach leg on one piece. I hadn't opened the pizza until we started eating and never touched or went anywhere after we started eating. No I didn't throw the whole pizza away, just that piece because it's expensive. But seriously it's not ok, I mean it's not really the pizza it's just that it happened. Can I sew them for this or is it just oh well they got a nasty kitchen deal with it?

The word is spelled Sue. Sew is a needle and thread arts and craft.

Roaches are everywhere. They can be repelled from certain areas but for several reasons they can't be completely removed from an entire building forever and having roaches doesn't necessarily mean a person or business is "nasty" or unclean. Roaches can and do live absolutely everywhere there is anything for them to eat, and they do pretty much eat anything. They can, will, and do live in even the cleanest of places.

No you can not sue for this. For several reasons:

    - You ate the pizza.

    - No harm was done. Even if you at an entire roach, they're not poison. While it's gross and people gag and heave from doing it they do that from psychological reasons (being grossed out) not because the roach actually made them medically sick.

    - However! That said, if you do get sick go to the hospital. If the diagnosis of why you're sick determines that it was from the pizza for some other reason (it won't be because of a roach pieces being in it), then you have a case and something to sue for: your hospital bill.

What you can and should do is report it to that business. They will be apologetic and might offer you free food but since you at it....they might not. Also, since you at it, they're not going to do much other than apologize and promise to do something about the roaches.

If your goal here is that you want to raise hell and cause a headache for this business over this, I'm not saying it's right or wrong to but of course you are completely right to be upset, you can call your local food and health administration and file a complaint with them. They will go there, investigate and inspect, and force the place to clean up (if it's not already clean to the FHA standards) and force them to do something about the roaches.

If you like the place and their food it's probably best to let them know. They will care, and do what they can about the roaches. If they don't care and know about the pests and aren't doing anything about it...make them by getting the FHA to force them to, and don't eat there again. There are plenty of places everywhere to get pizza from.

what you needed to do was to go back asap with the pizza and show the manager...........other option would be to take a photo of the remains of the food, with a close up on the bug part, and take that to them
