NFL players protest Anthem question. Isn't kneeling (proposing position) better than placing your hand on your heart?
I think it would show more respect by kneeling to the National Anthem, then placing your hand up to your heart, because it technically takes more work, and is often a body position when asking the love of your life for marriage, or begging for something extremely important to you.

Kneeling is more respectful, than standing. In most cultures you kneel for kings and parents as a sign of respect
