Yes, the Chiefs are loaded with great talent such as Alex Smith, Kareem Hunt, Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill, etc. They're definitely going to win the division this year, and if they stay healthy they can go all the way.

It's certainly possible given the talent they have. The continued good health is the big unknown - they've already lost Berrry

The Chiefs are certainly talented enough to beat the Patriots (or anyone else) and they've shown that. However, there's a difference between thumping the Patriots in September and beating them in January.
Historically, since Belichick and Brady have been in New England, the Patriots' record tends to steadily improve by month as the season goes on. In other words, the Patriots typically win a significantly higher percentage of their games later in the season than early in a season (Belichick's winning percentage in Septembers is lower than in any other month, for example).
I would say this - I make no prediction on who would win if those 2 teams meet again in the postseason, but I would expect it to be a much closer game. I definitely wouldn't expect the Patriots to look as bad in a January game against the Chiefs as they looked against them this September.
