Is coconut oil good for your face as an everyday moisturizer?

I have heard many different answer but personally i use it strictly as a night time moisturized since it is obviously oily, and my skin can soak up the nutrients throughout the night

yes its ok.but try using lotion on off of coconut too. Using oil will cause zits

if your skin is dry then yes, you should go for it...but not on oily skin

Yea people swear by it, unfortunately I can't use it because I have sensitive skin and I get a rash & break out easily from it. If it gets along well with your skin you're lucky because it's such a multipurpose product;

Note: It's also very high in fat but it's a healthy fat.

Its not the best. I wouldn't recommend it if you have acne.
