Developing issue: I have a Maytag refrigerator I bought new in 1999 model #MSD2756AEW.?

In the last few days both the freezer and refrigerator compartment has been warming up. I now have the setting pegged to coldest for both and it s not solving the problem.

Any suggestions or insight?

    More than likely the compressor is failing or has a leak. I would not spend any money on an 18 year old refrigerator. Time to buy a new one.
