There was a bit of trash on the ground. I watched five people walk by like it wasn't there. Then four more walked past, each grumbled about how nasty things had gotten. Then one guy; without a word, picked it up and put it in the nearby bin.

Both. I don't like to pick up cigarette butts since I don't smoke, however, I love to recycle. My pet peeve is putting shopping carts back to the store. There are good and bad in all people
