If you've lost your banking privileges then your money is sent to your home or mailing address or you get a direct express card for your benefits or earnings or whatever income it is you have to be loaded onto.

Can you get your privileges back? We have no way of knowing. I know a person who lost her banking privileges over 20 years ago because she misused them and there still isn't a bank in town who will allow her to have an account with them. In order to pay her bills, she has to schlep to the bank and get money orders. It's costly and inconvenient but she deserves it.

As your bank if they will ever accept you back or see if you can't get an account with a different bank.
