Are Diva/Menstrual cups uncomfortable to insert?

I keep thinking about buying one but I'm just wondering if they're uncomfortable to insert? Is it one size that fits all? Can you sleep with the cup in? Help me out ladies!

    You can sleep with it in, and it's not uncomfortable at all.
