when you clean your car out what is the best cleaner for your wheels? Also can I use the same one for my dash board?

Wheel cleaner has a mild acid in it and it would destroy your dash jojo. Go to an auto parts store and ask the counter person to show you some products for the things you want to clean

Only if you want to dissolve your dashboard. Cleaners for metal and plastic use different solvents.

You need a specific wheel cleaner: besides road dirt (that you can wash away with plain water or suds) your wheels collect grime which is mostly dust wearing off the brakes as they are used . . . . it's corrosive and can damage finish on wheels.

If you wash the car every day, you can probably get by with regular car wash suds . . . . but with any accumulation of brake dust, use the specific cleaner: most are spray-on/let stand a few minutes/rinse off.

Scrubbing bubbles. No, use plain water for dash.
