its a small partition for their diagnostics and it might be used for backups. really you shouldnt even need to see the drive. it may have items added such as bios updates and may get close to full. The message is provided by Explorer and it seems its a registry entry to turn it off. There is probably another way to alter the registry with a utility, but the link below from microsoft describes what to do. but i dont like their fix for it. **** it is important to NOT fully fill a drive as it may become tricky to correct the situation. so avoid things that add to that drives contents and NEVER be tempted to delete it or item in it. its for helping you to fix the pc especially when it doesnt start.
