Rainforest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, Red Robin, maybe? Mongolian Grill is awesome, too: they cook up your chosen veggies, sauce, noodles, raw meat/fish, etc right in front of you and it's delicious. The Melting Pot is a fun place for a party if it's a smaller group of people: it's a fondue restaurant, but it's not just cheese and chocolate (those are the appetizer and desert, respectively). You can also choose a plate of raw meat or fish and a flavored oil, then you can cook the meat in the oil! It's a unique and very tasty experience.
