The common negr0 is raised to "think" that they are entitled to everything. Instead of working for everything in life like the rest of civilized humanity does, the feral negr0 beast thinks putting its paws out to take, steal or otherwise beg for things is the way to get them. They were never taught from an early age right from wrong, and to be brutally honest...their simian like brain is probably incapable of grasping higher concepts such as right/wrong/good/bad.

It's because they think that their lives are not valued in the institutionally racist American society. They are constantly discriminated against and under constant threat of death by the police.
