Isoelectronic....
If two species are isoelectronic they have the same number of electrons.
Mn^+ has lost one electron and so will have 24 electrons.
Cr ............ 24
Fe2+ ........ 24
Co ............ 27
Mn ............ 25
Clearly, Mn^+, Cr and Fe2+ all have 24 electrons. The correct answer is (C). They (whoever "they" is) has made a mistake.
