Google chrome Download speed is slow?

Google chrome Download speed is slow it only peaks at 200KB/s

But when i update games on steam It peaks at 500-600kbps

my internet speed is 5mpbs

any idea why? and how to solve this issue

    No web browser default download manager can beat a professional download manager like the mighty idm because it will assure you that it's collecting every single bit of your bandwidth for the purpose of your download.
