Help!!!! Need to find a monologue!?
I need a 30-60 second long dramatic monologue. We are doing the play Radium Girls, and I really want to play Grace. She started off naive and thinking others have her best interest at heart, but then realized the world is cruel and fought for justice for those who had been wronged. So, I need a strong monologue that may display this in one way or another. I am 15 years old (idk if that helps with the monologue searching) Thanks so much!

It may be a male monologue but the first scene from The Thirty Nine Steps is quite good. It isn’t hugely dramatic, it’s almost angry. It’s about the main character - Hannay - being bored with his life and can show a lot of emotion. It’s not that long, depending on how you space it out, it could take between 45 seconds and 3 minutes or so. Hope this helped :)
