college aid help?

Update:

Graduated in June 2017 out of high school. At first i did not want to go to school, but i have changed my mind. I know its too late to register for the fall semester, but i would like to enter winter remedial classes. Problem is i have no idea where to start now. Should i set up some meeting with school advisers? And is there any way I can get college aid assistance this late?
