No I do not agree with that. As a veteran, I am sure that a US civilian authority will start a war or police action with another country for any reason possible. About North Korea the real danger is in a false start, meaning without any back channels open or diplomacy. I think Congress and the Senate might, just might have the balls to stop Trump from war but the majority party are republicans and their track record is shoddy.

You have already lost this question. Technically the US supporting S.Korea have never stopped being at war as there has only ever been a ceasefire signed NEVER a peace treaty.

A war is not possible with N. Korea we do not have the men for a war and could never win a war, striking and killing people is what America is good at.
