What is the difference between the different salts; sea, table, cooking.?

What is the healthiest to cook with for flavouring etc?

I don't really like added salt in my diet but which is the healthiest - if there is.

What is Cooking salt? It is a couple dolars for 3kg, sea salt seems to be the most expensive 300g est, for a few dollars.

Table salt I heard is most unhealthy.

    NOTHING.

    Its all sodium.

The sea salt has teeny tiny amounts of other minerals but not enough to make a difference with your health.

Table salt is unhealthy in large amounts but so is sea salt.

Kosher salt is just larger grains of salt. Himalayan salt and all the designer salts are no different except maybe in color and definitely in price.

The only difference is the size of the granules. They are all sodium chloride. Salt is salt is salt.
