You could maybe try e.l.f ‘s Lock On Liner and Brow Cream in the shade LIGHT BROWN ($4) or maybe NYX ‘s Tame & Frame Brow Pomade in the shade BRUNETTE ($7)
Not sure if the shades are 100% exactly like soft brown, but those are the closest shades I found with these products! You should look at the shade range yourself for each one just in case you disagree with my color suggestion! Hope this helps!
