Got charged with disorderly conduct, how do you think the judge will rule?
Long story short I got way too drunk and either got drugged or something but I thought someone in a black robe was chasing after me with a knife so I ran to what I thought was my friends house but it was the wrong house and tried to kick down the door to get help. I was very respectful when the cop came and never broke the door. How do you think the judge will rule this? Thank you

Probably will get public intoxication charge instead.

being drunk or on drugs is no excuse for committing a crime. if you did it you will be found guilty
