Make a bet: will my disorderly conduct charge get dropped, will I get jail time, or neither!? *read details*?

So a while ago I got charged with disorderly conduct for breaking a poor guys fence and screen door while trying to escape from people I thought were chasing me trying to hurt me while I was drunk! I got a lawyer so let’s make a bet if you think I can beat the case!

More than likely the charge will not be dropped, but your sentence will be a fine, and/or community service, not jail time.

Not will you lose, you may also get a malicious damage of property charge added to you, that is a felony

And if you don't get that charge, you will get used by the home owner for the damage to his property

But I truly think this is a fake question

Lol, just another drunk *** on the street, acting like an ***..lock him up !

you get a fine and court costs. because you were drunk, your 'excuse' won't be tolerated.

and you're lucky ... in my state, you try to break into someone's house and you might end up shot to death. no charges to the homeowner, either
