I want to apologize to someone for sexual harassment years ago, but he will not return my call. What do I do?

So you're still harassing him? You're disgusting. You're going to burn in hell for what you've done.

Leave him be. He obviously doesn't want any contact with you, as it may bring back some very bad memories for him. Sometimes, when you do something shltty to someone else, they never want to see your face or hear your voice again.

Stop harassing the person. This is just another form of bullying. The person doesn't HAVE to talk to you.

Maybe you'd feel better if you apologized. Here's the problem. It's not about YOU feeling better.

Stop forcing yourself on other people. First you force yourself sexually, and now your going to force an apology.

Let it go. If you continue trying to contact someone after they make it clear they don't want to talk to you, you are guilty of harassment.
