At your age I would not suspect cancer. More likely it's a branchial cleft cyst, a congenital (present at birth) defect which often doesn't become noticeable until adolescence, teen years or as a young adult. They are 99% benign and only require surgical removal if it becomes large and/or bothersome. You should see your doctor and ask about the possibility of a branchial cleft cyst. I seriously doubt that its cancer.

Go see a dermatologist cause if it's a cyst it will eventually get inflamed and grow overtime which will mean more cutting and scars Vs a small puncture wound ... Could be fat deposit

What you are is a childish idiot. And a sick little attention whore. Your posting history proves that pretty conclusively.

We all have them on both sides of neck and they are called lymph nodes, if one swells it is because of some type of infection or bad teeth, you are stressing over nothing

No. Its a sort of nerve ball that comes from stress and the usual unhealthy habits. Simply go and get yourself a professional massage to loose it.
