Broken phone screen?
So I had this android phone for two years when it suddenly appeared with a strange crack. This crack completely crashed the phone, so I got a new one. I haven't had this phone for a full two days, and there's a strange crack again. The phone is still functional for everything but... The screen. It can turn on and off, but it doesn't sense any tap at all.
Why do these strange cracks keep happening? And how can I fix them? I've never done anything to the phones. Never dropped, never overheated, its only been two days, I haven't even a chance to do something. Its frustrating.
We spoke to the manufacturer and concluded it was an issue on their end, and they're seeing if they can fix it, or just replace it.

Maybe it's just a flimsy made glass on the phone itself.... your touch screen isn't functioning because with your cracks you broke the digitizer now it's not sensing your touch... best thing I suggest is go to you nearest mall and find a little phone repair stand and atleast get a quote on fixing it
