    f(x) = a sin b(x-h) + k

    rewrite

    f(x)=7sin(3πx−2)−3 = 7sin[3π(x-2/3π)] - 3

    a=7, b=3π, h=2/(3π), k=-3

    amplitude : 7

    period = 2π/b = 2π/3π = 2/3

    phase shift: 2/(3π), shift right

    vertical shift: -3 (down 3)
