if f(1) = - 8 then f inverse ( - 8 ) = 1.....by definition of inverse...if (a,b) belongs to the graph of f then ( b , a) belongs to the graph of inverse f...sorry...you want to derivative.....Hint : df /dx = 1 / dx/df...thus e)
