Hi because you should have also changed the drain plug washer as well so now it leaks.

Make sure the oil filter gasket is still in its seat on the oil filter. Also, be sure you have the correct oil filter for your engine. Being tight doesn't mean the gasket is seated properly.
A remote possibility is your oil pressure sending unit has sprung a leak.

Filter gasket could have slipped out. Unscrew the filter and see. Puddle, huh? Check the dipstick to see if oil is missing. Some acs-hoal might have poured oil down there to eff with you.

did the level of oil in the engine decrease ?? if so then ther's a leak somewhere that needs to be fixed
