URGENT HELP PYTHON CODE?

when I click menu option 6 it does not print out what I need it too. (see photos from link)

The code is doing exactly what you've programmed it to do.
What do you want to happen when you select option 6?

You need to hire someone that knows what they are doing. Consider the security risks too.
