I have 2 questions:

1) What should I be sure to eat to make it feel better?

I had several bouts with painful ulcers over the years, and they were bleeding ulcers. No specific thing that I ate or drank made them either worse, or decreased them. - but the ulcers always kept coming back.

Come to find out that my ulcers were caused by the Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) bacteria that is the most common cause of peptic ulcers. Contrary to popular belief, anti-acids will not cure an ulcer and they will not treat an ulcer. All they do is temporarily reduce the pain and symptoms of an ulcer (the burning pain in the stomach). The ulcer itself is still there, and it can eventually eat through the lining of your stomach.

In order to cure an ulcer and prevent it from recurriing, you first have to kill the H pylori bacteria with a regimen of several strong, prescribed antibiotics.

The presence of the H pylori bacteria is diagnosed through blood work or through the biopsy of an ulcer via endoscopic examination.

Avoid alcohol, smoking, and spicy foods. But ulcers are caused by the H pylori bacteria, so you need to be on anti-biotics. See a doctor.

For much of the last century, human doctors insisted that ulcers were caused by stress. Finally, in 1994 they “discovered” that ulcers are caused by bacteria. But guess what? Veterinarians knew this for 70 years prior to the ‘new’ discovery. When a pig would get a stomach ulcer, they would treat the bacteria and the pig would be fine.

By the way, if you want to cure your own ulcer, you simply need Bismuth, also known as “Pepto Bismol,” and some Tetrcycline, which you can buy in the form of “Terramycin Calf Scour Pellets” from an animal supply store. That’s right - $20 and your ulcers are gone. "Discover The Alternative Health Tell-All That Makes Doctors Cringe!"
