Can I feed a dragon goby betta blood worms? So I'm learning info for one, I really want to get one. I'm having trouble with information?

I look up I feel like it might be wrong. So please list links if you can to help of websites you know information to be true. I know they are brackish fish. But I also have a question. I'm more use to fresh water fish. So for brackish water do I add aquarium salt? Please help. ( I DO NOT OWN ONE I JUST WANT TO CLARIFY INFO BEFORE I MAKE A DESICiON.)

Bloodworms will be fine for them. Frozen is better than freeze dried, however (assuming most bloodworms marketed for bettas specifically are freeze dried). There should be more variety in the diet as well, such as other small meaty items like brine shrimp and mysis shrimp. They'll pick up flake food from the substrate.

They are a fish that traverses between salt and fresh water. While they do spend time in freshwater, it's easiest to just keep them brackish (which isn't too hard). Use a marine salt mix like Instant Ocean, about 1 cup per 5 gallons (specific gravity 1.010, use a hydrometer or refractometer). Top off the tank with freshwater before each water change, and

add the salt to the new water before adding to the tank (best to let new water with salt aerate with an air pump for about 24 hours prior to adding it to the tank).
