    Write the balanced reaction equation:

    Ba(OH)2 + 2 HCl → BaCl2 + 2 H2O

    Calculate the moles of base:

    (0.0250 L) x (0.350 mol/L) = 0.00875 mol Ba(OH)2

Use the mole ratio to calculate the moles of HCl:

    (0.00875 mol Ba(OH)2) x (2 mol HCl / 1 mol Ba(OH)2) = 0.0175 mol HCl

    Calculate the volume of HCl:

    (0.0175 mol HCl) / (0.1000 mol/L HCl) = 0.175 L = 175 mL HCl
