Running and racing with a new piercing?
So I do races and I just got a new "industrial piercing" after my race this Saturday as a reward for winning. I've got another race in just 6 days, and got the piercing yesterday. Is it ok to train and then run the race, or will it be bad as in bouncing around and irritating the piercing?

As long as nothing is hitting the piercing, then you should be fine. Keep your hair up and away from it.

It totally depends on the type, however in most cases it should be fine. You can put tape over the piercing from getting caught on anything and keep it in place, but you should be fine
