I can't get touch assistant off of my LGK20V?

I went into settings and put it on my phone, and now I can't turn it off. I went to accessibility, then to accessibility features shortcut, and I have touch assistant off, but it won't take it off my screen. I also tried to turn that off as well as accessibility features shortcut altogether. but it won't turn off. I tried to power it off, and nothing has changed. What do I do to take it off?

    Try this 1. Hold in power button untill Power, Power n Restart and Airplane Mode Off pops up then hold finger on Power button untill theres the green square around the Power then put two fingers on Power and spread fingers apart untill it says Power Off or Cancel, a noise will sound then then tap cancel Touch Assistant will turn off
