windows 10 how can I install windows 10 using assistive technologies?

    Yes, it's a dell XPS 8500 desktop and has windows 7 home premium installed

    You can't. It's an upgrade, not a free download. If you don't have Win 7/8/8.1, you can't use it.

    Speakers have nothing to do with it.

    Usually you just download it and follow the instructions. Make sure your speakers and keyboard are working properly
