If you simply want to determine the order of 24 items, if all the items are distinguishable, there are 24! = 620,448,401,733,239,439,360,000 possibilities.
But if 9 of the items are indistinguishable from each other, and the other 15 items are indistinguishable from each other, the answer is:
C(24, 9) = C(24, 15) = 24! / (9! * 15!) = 1,307,504
