What's the most you can charge in advertising per 1 user interaction? Like whats standard for most highly targeted ads on any given channel?

    SpyFu website had a top with the most expensive pay per clicks keywords which showed Google AdWords charged well over $200-300 for a single click (lawyer&finance domains).
