Be sure to keep all those text messages so if you need to sue to get your security deposit back you can show them as evidence of a vengeful and aggressive attitude toward you.

    You wouldn't win a lawsuit.

What are you damages as a result of this harassment? If you have none, you have no case. Being mad about or not liking something is not grounds to sue.

Stop trying to "sue". The judge's first question will be, "Ok so why don't you just block her then?"

    What are your damages?

You can not sue because you got your panties in a bunch little boy.

You need to have specific financial damages you can show you got because of her harassment.

For example, did her harassment cost you an apartment so that you now have to move into one with higher rent? In that case, you could sue for a year or two worth of the additional rent she cost you.

Tenants have a right not to be harassed by the landlord. You could sue.
