She's submissive. You don't just buy a dog and ASSUME it will "guard" your home, idiot.

That is a pose that dogs do to show submission.

Why is that the dog is signaling submission to other folks.....Then go out and buy an intruder alarm. Its far better you see Cos guard dogs can be very easily shot dead before they can raise the alarm by barking.

Having done exactly that in my former profession i can assure you its very easily done.

Add......... And i fully concur also with the answer of saucy minx

Scrap the idea of using a DOG to protect your property and install a good security system. Anybody bent on getting in will do so, disposing of the dog first, however good a guard dog might be. And be thankful you don't have a vicious dog - you'd be prosecuted if he did injury, or worse, and the dog seized. The sound of a barking dog inside a property may put off the casual burglar, but that's all.

You have got to be nuts if you think you can have an instant guard dog probably based solely on her breed. If you want a guard dog then you have to lay out about $10,000 or so for one. You have a PET and not a "guard dog".
