Anger is a thorn in your heart. Something is stuck there inside and you neglect it. And you neglect it, hoping it will leave alone. But you have to look inside, face the truth and get it out of your heart. You will bleed. But pain is the price of changing. This way you grow in life.

Anger is not the problem. When you get angry, ask yourself what it is you want and are not getting. once you have that figured out, ask what you are afraid of by not having it. you will find fear is the root of anger.
