I’m addicted to junk food, How to stop?
For almost Everyday for the past 7 months or so I have just been buying junk food and eating it for no reason, sometimes when I’m not even hungry. I just do it. I’ve grown a stone over the average weight for a 15 year old and I can’t take it. It will also save me money. The problem is is that I’m a lucky eater so I guess junk food has aleways been my back up when getting food
I’ve even been getting called fat by some school patrons
I don’t like myself anymore, every time I look in the mirror, I just see a glob, even though I exercise for 6 hours a week.
I feel disgusting

I was on the same boat as you friend :( we've just adapted this bad habit. What I've noticed thats helped me, is I watch health shows often, shows like "My 600-lb Life" and it is such an eye opener ! it motivates me to put my junk food down and grab something healthy. Also I've noticed I think twice before I eat something, I ask myself if I'm eating because I'm actually hungry or from boredom. Good luck to you, update us on any changes!

Like any bad habit, it's mind over matter. You have to have the will and determination to change it
Think of your future as a fat, unhealthy blob, you don't want that kind of existence. Find a healthy hobby to take your mi d off the junk. Eat healthy but filling foods.
